Returns and exchanges

When can I return or exchange something?

Returns? Always in consultation first

Because our products are special and sensitive, you cannot simply return them. Would you like to return something? Please always contact us first on +32 3 489 28 28 or service@v-sure.eu. Our specialists will work with you to determine whether your return request is eligible.

You are also welcome to visit our Experience Centre to discuss your situation. This will allow us to find a suitable solution together.

When can you return an item? 

Your return request will only be eligible if all of the following conditions apply:

  1. You received the product less than 14 days ago.
  2. The original packaging is intact and undamaged.
  3. The complete product or set (e.g. A + B) is returned in its entirety.
  4. The product is unopened and unused.
  5. It is not a customised or custom-coloured product — unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of such products.

Important points to note 

  • Return costs are at your own expense. 
  • Our products are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. We cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged as a result.
